About this tool

Drop the PDF, switch on page numbering, choose where the number goes (bottom centre, bottom right, top, …) and the starting number, then download. Combine with merging if you are numbering several documents into one.

The numbers are drawn into the pages, so they show in every viewer and when printed. Nothing is uploaded.

How to use it

  1. Drop one or more PDFs and/or images onto the page.
  2. Arrange, rotate or remove pages in the page list.
  3. Turn on the edits you want: watermark, page numbers, metadata.
  4. Click download to save the finished PDF — or download every page as its own PDF in a ZIP.
